2024 Pennsylvania Petition Instructions
[EXAMPLE ONLY - 2026 VERSION TO BE RELEASED]

1. Sign the petition and complete the required information (printed name, house number, street, city, and date).

2. Have the petition notarized and complete the "Affidavit of Circulator" on the backside of the petition.

3. Return the petition to the mailing address listed below.

Things to Remember

- Be sure to print front-and-back on only 1 sheet of paper (duplex printing). In Print Settings, select "Print on Both Sides", "Two-Sided", or "Duplex".

- Petitions are county-specific. Signers must reside in the 14th District to count as valid on the petition.

- City, Borough, or Township is the residential address, not the mailing address.

For Example, write "Washington" if you live in the City of Washington. Those residing in the suburbs, write their respective city, township, or borough- "South Strabane Township" or "Center Township," "Homer City Borough" etc.
