Contribution Rules
1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (green card holder).
2. This contribution is made from my own funds, not from funds provided by another person or entity for the purpose of making this donation.
3. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit/debit card, not a corporate or business card or one issued to another person.
4. I am not a federal government contractor, and I am at least 18 years old.
5. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals (without green cards), federal contractors, and minors under age 18 are prohibited.
Legal Compliance
Maximum individual contribution is $3,500 per election (primary and general are separate elections). Couples may donate up to $7,000 per election jointly.
Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires our campaign to use best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of any individual whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
