2026 Petition Hub
To earn a spot on the Republican primary ballot on May 19, 2026, George needs your help collecting signatures from registered GOP voters across PA-14. This hub has everything you need to circulate and return petitions during the upcoming late Jan – mid Feb 2026 petition window.
How to Circulate a Petition
- Print the petition form for your county (see links below). Note: Petitions must be printed double-sided on one sheet (duplex). In your print settings, select "print on both sides" or "two-sided".
- Sign and fill out your petition. Each signer must provide their printed name, house number and street, city, and date of signing. Signers must reside in PA-14 and be registered Republicans in that county.
- Have it notarized. After gathering signatures, the circulator (you) must sign the "Affidavit of Circulator" on the back in front of a notary and have it notarized.
- Mail the completed petition form to George Karpacs for Congress address shown at the bottom of this page.
Things to Remember:
- Each petition is county-specific. Only voters from the petition's county can sign that page. For example, use a Fayette County petition for Fayette signers, Greene for Greene, etc.
- The "City/Borough/Township" field is for the signer's municipality of residence (not mailing address). e.g., write "Washington" for City of Washington, or "South Strabane Twp." for someone in that township.
- Double-check all information is filled in correctly and legibly. Incomplete entries can be invalidated, so take your time and print clearly.

County Captains & Volunteer Sign-Up
We're organizing County Petition Captains to help coordinate in each county. They will have blank petition forms, instructions, and can meet you to pick up completed sheets. If you'd like to be a captain or need to connect with one, sign up on our Volunteer page or contact the campaign.
You can also schedule a drop-off or pick-up for your petitions at one of our regional offices. Watch your email for specific dates and locations (we'll update this page with a map and calendar).
Return Petitions By Feb. 25, 2026
All completed, notarized petitions should be returned no later than February 25, 2026 so we can file them on time. Please mail or deliver to:
